The Mortgage Library

We just had our mortgage offer and the process is nothing short of brilliant! Maria was dealing with our case and the service from her as been great through out this process and especially times when things look a bit rocky and confusing to us. She managed our anxieties and responds well to the odd questions as we are first time buyers. Communication was also excellent, we often received responses to emails and call backs which you don't find with other mortgage broker. Maria, Harry and the whole team have been awesome through out this process and I would highly recommend The Mortgage Library to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

Being a first time buyer can be a very overwhelming experience, however, working with Jack and the team at the mortgage library has made the entire process simple, organised and stress free. Jack has guided us through each and every step and has provided us with expert support at all times(morning, night and even weekends). For those looking to purchase their first property, we cant recommend Jack and the team at mortgage library highly enough.

David has been extremely helpful from the start to the very end (we are about to exchange on our property any day). We came to mortgage library after not having a helpful experience elsewhere and being told we may not be able to get a mortgage, after a consultation with David he understood our needs and timeline and within a couple of days managed to put an offer on the table that met everything we wanted. Since then we have had to re-negotiate the price of the property several times with various terms and conditions and each time David has been able to support and help with every request. He always responds very quickly and has made the stress of buying a property much more bearable! Ill recommend David and the team at mortgage library to everyone but especially first time buyers like myself.

Genuinely would rate David from The Mortgage Library higher than 5* if I could. My girlfriend and I got our first ever mortgage solely down to Davids diligence and hard work. David was available to talk either via phone or email whenever we needed him. We faced many challenges with lenders due to the property being down-valued but no challenge seemed to difficult for David to deal with and he was always clear and truthful as to the situation at hand. Along with being fantastic at his job, David is very friendly and personable and was brilliant in talking through any anxietys we were dealing with in purchasing our first home. We finally completed on our first home today and without David, I am not sure any of this would have been possible! Couldnt recommend him or the The Mortgage Library highly enough. We will 100% be back again for our future house purchases or remortgages.
