I just wanted to take some time to thank Toni Bracci , I had some difficult circumstances and taking advice from other people I was sure I wasn't going to be able to buy a house, when I contacted toni nothing was too much, I had a million questions and he was happy to help the whole time, he gives he's personal number and is absolutely on the ball at every given moment and very easily contactable. without this man I wouldn't be living in my dream home with my beautiful family. I highly recommend contacting toni if anyone is interested in a mortgage even if you are in doubt just be honest and he will tell you exactly what you need to do and help along the way. Very prompt & professional service - our advisor (Toni) followed the process all the way through to completion with us and was in contact straight away with solicitors & mortgage company when we had queries. We were about to give up applying for a mortgage after being told by a local broker to where we live we wouldn't be accepted due to my poor credit and my partner being self employed. I see a post on Facebook asking for names of the best motgage broker and Toni Bracci was highly recommended. It took me a couple of days to pluck up the courage to phone him, and it was the best decision i made. Toni has been amazing and outstanding and was always friendly. He explained everything in detail and was available to answer any questions and helped with the paperwork and kept us updated. Thanks to Toni he managed to find us a mortgage offer extremely quick which meant we avoided the rise in interest rates. Toni also found us a suitable solicitor and life insurance. We are now a home owner and we will be forever grateful for all Toni has done for us. I will always use Toni in the future and highly recommend him, he also made the whole situation stress free.
