        I've been using SEM for all of my mortgage needs including my recent re-mortgage. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful for any needs. Very reasonable costs and fees. Any questions I have had during or after the process have been answered quickly. I recommend them to everyone I can, and they make what can be a stressful process a real breeze. 10/10
