Mike is absolutely faultless, We were dependant on timing and needed a quick turnaround which is not easy as I get most of my money from commission and not all lenders accept this. 100% recommend using Mortgage Monster. Mike had provided the best service I've ever experienced. As our situation was based on timing we needed a quick turnaround a friend us recommended to Mike. He had taken us on and worked through the night filling out our mortgage application. He was faultlessly professional and provided clear communication, walked us through the process and answered any and all of our questions. He got us a mortgage offer in the matter of days, even our estate agent said we did it in record time! Mike was quicker than going to the bank direct, where we wouldn't of even been able to speak to a mortgage advisor for a week and by then the property would have been gone.
