Vegetarian options: I had goats cheese salad which was OK but I hadn't realised that the goat cheese was covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried. Nothing wrong with it but the salad was underdressed and it was just OK. Have had goats cheese salad many times locally and this one was just OK. My husband had the mussels (said that the sauce was bland and the bread to go with this dish was extra), and a vegi Giabatta which he described as eatable but on the dry side. Location really nice as the sea was in and the sun shining. Service mediocre

Booked a table for 4 for breakfast, as previous visits had been excellent. Really disappointed with this visit. Service was shockingly slow, especially the coffee which was ordered before we ate. Had to ask twice if the coffee was ready, and received lukewarm coffee as a result. Pathetic amount of sugar offered (one tiny sachet for each cup), so had to ask for extra as no sugar was on the table. The breakfast was ok, but definitely not up to previous standards. This used to be my go-to venue for breakfast, but not any more. Still as expensive, but no longer the high standards that justified the high price.
