        I went into here to buy a charger which I had the old one with me when I get home I found that it was the wrong one they charged me 45 pound when I took it back he wanted to charge me 50% to restock it it hadn't been used and was still in the box The owner of the shop called Dean contacted me and offered me a full refund and no restocking charge and was very helpful sorting out the situation .

        Put a wheelchair in for repair, they repaired the same day with a reasonable price.

        Terribly rude staff. Insulted my plus size friend from the minute we stepped into the shop. No compassion or empathy shown to people with disabilities.

        Fantastic service from Dean who visited to advise my elderly parents to Alan who did a first class fit of the stairlift they needed. Very straight forward quick and easy. The company have been established for a long time and have a good reputation which is why I went to them first even though my parents live in Chelmsford. They have not disappointed and on behalf of my elderly parents I think you for your professionalism.Dad found it so much easier tonight to get upstairs to go to bed which makes a big difference to their quality of life at this time.
