        I brought a phone and it wasnt holding any charge or when you put it on charge it wouldnt work took it to smart tec 20 pound to get fixed and only took 15 to 20 minutes I am well happy

        Ive been in here a few times now and the men are lovely and really funny! I was completely locked out my phone which they managed to sort for me in less than an hour at a little price. Definitely my most trusted phone shop in the area as some of them can be questionable. Really recommend!

        Took my phone to them to have it repaired, tried to tell me the screen was broken and that I had dropped it (no signs of damage on the screen, back, sides or corners) and charge me 100+ even though I knew it wouldn't be the screen because the screen had been working fine. Took it to the Apple shop who ran some tests and found it to be a processor fault. Walked out with a brand new phone that cost me nothing. If I had of got the screen replaced it still wouldn't have worked and it would of cost me alot more because it wouldn't of been the correct screen needed to allow me to claim a new one under consumer rights act.
