        Stunning and modern rental apartments - these couldn't be more perfectly located within the heart of Southend. Only a stone's throw away from local amenities; Southend Victoria Station, Southend high street, Royals Shopping Centre... not forgetting it's only a short walk from the coast. What more could you possibly want from a contemporary rental home.

        Some excellent flats about to come onto the rental market. I've experience of renting property from this developer - good quality conversions finished to a high spec, and great managing agents.
