First Choice Kitchens & Bathrooms

We are very impressed with the work that First Choice Kitchens & Bathrooms completed for us. We had a full conversion of our separate kitchen and dining room into a kitchen-diner. Joe was great to deal with as our designer, and then all the way through project managing the installation, then for final snagging. The standard of work completed was very good, and I particularly liked how they could recommend and then liaise with the other traders we needed for the entire project (eg structural engineer, builder for wall removal, plastering, electrics, etc, etc). It was a big job and took several weeks from start to finish, but we felt well-cared for throughout. We went to First Choice initially for a quote, as they had installed our bathroom previously. We then went to another couple of local companies for estimates, but we were by far the most impressed with First Choice. Joe is very friendly and accommodating. We made several changes to the plans, but he was always happy to make these (giving his professional advice, as required) and provide us with a full set of revised plans/pictures, each time. This was before we had finally decided to go with First Choice. The kitchen fitters (Joe's 2 brothers) were equally professional and friendly throughout. Sure, there were some problems and delays, but these were with suppling appliances from the manufacturers, and not within First Choice's ability to resolve, but they provided suitable alternatives to keep us going, whilst these were resolved. I have no reservation in recommending this company. We have now used them twice, and would definitely go back to them again. Service: Plumbing fixture installation

Cant rate 1st choice bathroom team highly enough, they completely remodelled my bathroom with the expert help & advise from Chris in the showroom The workmanship and attention to detail from Stuart & Kevin was exceptional, completing the installation with the minimal amount of disruption as possible. First Choice installed my bathroom in 2014. Still as good as new but I decided it was time to have a walk-in shower rather than a bath. Extremely helpful at the planning stage and a quality finish I am more than happy with. Their fitters are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Completely satisfied and would recommend.
