I could not be more pleased with this company. I have Michelle to thank. Michelle from JLD Recruitment contacted me after seeing my CV on the in-house database. She told me about a job opportunity local to me that she thought I may be suitable for. It was exactly what I was looking for. She was professional, down to Earth and stayed in regular contact with me throughout. To my surprise, Michelle did all of the hard work for me. After explaining my situation to her, she quickly emailed the company with my CV and details. Within just a few hours, I had an interview the following week. Before the interview, Michelle wished me luck and told me to let her know how it all went. I felt truly supported and I cannot praise her enough for her help. She contacted me with feedback from the employer and again, a few hours later, contacted me telling me I had a job offer. I seriously cannot praise Michelle enough. She made the whole process of applying for jobs easy and less nerve-wracking. She listened to me and I felt heard. Still, she has contacted me and wished me good luck on my first day.
