        I have given 1 star because there was no option for less. I have gone into Mini twice last week. both times I was left waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone being in the showroom or reception. I had to call them on the phone for someone to come out and help me. Once I managed to see someone, they could not help me with my enquiry ( selling my car back to Mini) I was told I will receive a phone call back. Safe to say I am still waiting 12 days down the line. If the person who is rushing to call me back sees this review, I would like to let you know .... this has now been sold to a super helpful Mini dealership somewhere else.
