        They never answer calls. Tried ten different times on different days and timings, but still there will be no response and each time had to wait for at-least 10mins and disconnect.

        The whole experience was quick, friendly and very smooth. Darren was great to work with plus a number of his team. To say I am pleased with the car is an understatement. It's stunning to look at and beautiful to drive. I loved the quick auto signing of all the paperwork. Also the gentleman who delivered the car to me from Southend to Cornwall ( the next day!) was a total diamond. Well done Mercedes.
