Nicola is professional, knowledgeable, welcoming & absolutely fantastic at her job. I train intensively in strength sports & need fixing on a regular basis! Nicola is always ready with sound advice & unlike other massage therapists I've been to she doesn't leave me feeling damaged. Would highly recommend.

After several years of suffering on and off with shoulder pain. I visited Nicolas' clinic. Nicola helped me to identify the cause and got to work on my shoulder straight away. On arrival my shoulder would have a nerve twitch when raised. After treatment I could raise my arm a lot easier with no twitch. Nicola was friendly, polite and the clinic was extreamly clean.

Nicola is skilled in her technique but also knowledgeable and extremely supportive. She provided lymphatic drainage massage to my Mother and took the time to fully explain each step and the associated benefits. My Mother looked forward to her visits with Nicola.

Made me feel so comfortable, had Post Op massage on my stomach and back area and it really made a difference and was very relaxing even though I was very nervous too start with. Lovely lady and very professional. Would recommend 100%

I cannot recommend Nicola enough! Her knowledge, expertise and all-round professionalism makes dealing with any ailment or injury feel like a breeze, and there is no one else I would trust to help get me back dancing and doing what I love. Not only is Nicola thorough in getting an understanding of what you need and the issues youre experiencing before you even visit her, during the sessions she will work hard ensure that you get the most from the appointment and give an all round approach to the injury (as generally with me an issue somewhere else entirely is causing the pain - and nicola always finds this!). She will also suggest detailed rehab exercise to do at home that ACTUALLY work and make a difference, but most importantly she checks up on you a few days after the appointment to see how youre doing. There is no other practitioner I know out there that offers this kind of first class treatment and the range of services that she does, whilst also caring about you as a person. Thank you Nicola, Ill be booking another appointment soon.
