        Very welcoming and polite, was able to really get the pressure right on my back and leg pains (the techniques used on the legs helped immensely, targeting areas that have been bothering me alot) Well done

        I just had THE MOST amazing sports massage with Sophia. I've only really ever had massages when on holiday but my neck and shoulders have been super stiff lately so I thought that I'd treat myself. I am absolutely floating, the whole experience was wildly blissful, and my neck and shoulders feel sooooo much better! I can't wait to make this a regular visit. Thank you so much!!!
