        I deal with this company on a trade basis. Good company to deal with with some very knowledgeable key members of staff. Good fabrication quality and great product range.

        Just had 19 new Georgian windows fitted throughout the house, supplied by Climatec, with not a straight Georgian bar amongst them and a few sloping and wavy astragal bars for good measure. The engineer has been round twice to try and sort (he was shocked and apologetic) and it's now with the fitter to try and resolve. Very disappointed with the quality control and the end product after spending so much money. Beware the use of the word 'tolerance' as well, it's used to describe how much they are allowed to be incorrect and not straight. Here's hoping it can get sorted!

        Leaseholder put these windows and doors in; had nothing but issues with the locking mechanisms with both the door and windows. Even the leaseholder's mum thought communal hallway windows made by this company weren't very practical.
