Professionalism like you would expect. Great Team all around from the sales team, to the engineers/response team & over the phone. Had a small issue with the lock and it felt like they stressed over it more than I did. Exactly the catering you would want from any company. All was resolved within a day. Super happy with the service by Mr Windows.
