        Great facilities however only 4 stars as not enough people on reception. Had to queue at entrance as only 1 woman was there whilst on the phone dealing with another customer making a queue of people waited to be let in.

        Life guard all he did was talk to other staff member and did not do is job he was talking for over 45 min good job no one wanted any help, and he turn another life guard radio off as a joke and the lifeguard did not know he did this. Told the manager about this let hope he does something about it. Need to be retrain.
