Simply Mediation

If I could give zero stars I would. Jody was extremely unprofessional. As a mediator she massively lacks any care, empathy or understanding. She spoke at me rather than to me. Definitely wont be using this service via her. She should be ashamed of herself. I did explain to Jody about her approach. Not even as much as an apology. Hopefully she takes on board the conversation we had and practices professionalism in future. As she claims to be a legal professional. But being a mediator takes more than just having knowledge. Best advice I can give is just avoid.

I was having trouble with my ex partner allowing me to see my children, Jody was the only mediator who, personally called me back in the stressful time, and actually be patient with how I was feeling towards it all, took her time to explain everything. Amazing service highly recommend. Jody your the best
