        Bit disappointed with the WILL service. Had them write up my Last Will and testament last year, and specifically asked for two copies. One for myself, and one for my executor. This they confirmed they would do but then only sent ONE copy so had to chase them up. Well I just had to get my Will amended, and again asked them for two copies, and AGAIN they said no problem. I received the amended WILL yesterday with a letter saying please find enclosed TWO copies but they had only sent ONE. If they mess up a simple request like that twice, it does not instill confidence in using them for anything else.
