Just bought and sold properties with the help of James Baker and I have to say it has been a pleasure. It is nice to deal with someone who is calm and considered when all else around him (me in particular) are losing their marbles because of the hassle caused by other people (buyers, estate agents). I would totally recommend you take James on if you have conveyancing to do and not only that, his fees are ridiculously low compared to what you have to fork out for estate agents and as yet I haven't found one of those I would recommend to anyone. I never had a problem contacting him, he always seemed to be knowledgeable and he was a delight to deal with. Thank you

Absolutely dreadfully slow. Dont believe a word they say. I wouldnt use them again if they were the last Solicitors on earth. As conveyancing Solicitors they absolutely rubbish.
