Very high quality service! I knew nothing whatsoever about immigration law before I approached this company - nothing! First of all, the rudiments of this process was explained to me; then I was given a fulsome set of tasks that I had to employ to set the application off in the correct way. As you can imagine, getting my long-term girlfriend over to England from a foreign country was stressful; but, at all stages, Mr Mcwilliams and the other staff WAS ALWAYS THERE, offering expert advice at every turn. The application was a success in no small part because this company knows what it is doing, and I could even bring my dog into the office during some rather confusing meetings where, at times, I wondered if the application would ever be successful. Would I recommend this company?? In a word yes: it's reasonably priced, customer oriented, and EXTREMELY PROFFESIONAL.. Please, we all know this process is stressful and confusing - use a company that knows what they are doing like William Charles and Co because, in my experience, your application will be a success.

My husband and I are extremely grateful for the guidance and support given to us by Matthew and his team over the past few months. Matthew is very knowledgeable and was always very friendly, helpful and responsive. With his support, we felt completely reassured and our overall experience (even through a pandemic) has been a positive one. We highly recommend Matthew and can't thank him enough.
