I was planning to give Mickey and James a five stars review initially, but unfortunately their professionalism went downhill after the first part of the job was done. I was asked to pay almost 90% of the agreed fee upfront to cover the material costs, so I complied. They finished the back lawn with great result, promising to come back to finish the job in 2-3 weeks (side and front lawn), but it was very difficult to contact them after as they wouldn't pick up the phone, and they wouldn't call back despite of me leaving multiple messages. I called the other mobile number that used to be on google, and spoke to the father but despite of that, the communication didn't improve much. They finally called us a month after the first part of the job. Then they stood us up twice, first saying that they were on the way to do the job and we waited home for the whole day for them to turn up. After that, my husband called them to find out what happened, we never got an answer but was told that they will call either on Wednesday or Thursday to let us know when they will be available to finish the job. They never called back. I tried to call the father again to chase up on the sons but before I finish talking, the call was hung up.
