We would just like to say that we bought a kia sportage 2weeks ago at this car dealer and had Jamie Sinclair looking after us . We would just like to say a big thankyou to him for his expertise and knowledge , professionalism and customer service he is an absolute asset to this company and we would like his management to acknowledge this.He is very polite and made it a pleasure buying a car from him ,not a pushy salesmen at all,Thank you Jamie very much appreciated.John and Pauline

I would like to share an experience I had at Kia Southend. My vehicle had come up with an engine management, light fault on bank holiday Monday. I turned up to the showroom to be met by a salesman. Jamie Sinclair he informed me that there was nobody available at the service department, which was very disappointing as my wife had needed to travel up north to visit a sick parent. Jamie bent over backwards to arrange for us to have a loan car whilst ours was off the road. This in my opinion was well over and above what he needed to do, so I felt I needed to ring his praises and say how pleased I was with the service, we received on that day his actions allowed my wife to visit her parents, and for that we will be eternally grateful. So thanks once again to Jamie Sinclair for going over and above what he needed to do. So thank you once again Tony and Sarah beber
