The best sushi and ramen in town and an amazing atmosphere. The staff are absolutely lovely and every single time we come to this hidden gem the experience is 10/10.

Totally and utterly dissatisfied with their customer service. Booked in for a same day reservation on a Saturday early evening. Paid a 30 deposit and was looking forward to going for a family meal. Due to circumstances outside of my control, within 2 hours of making the reservation I had to cancel. I called to do so as soon as I knew I could not attend. I was confused to see that I had still been charged the 30 deposit. When I called a week later to query, I was told it was non-refundable. This was not made clear to me at the time of booking or cancelling. When I said that this policy was not clear they hung up on me and I have not been able to get back through to them. I have emailed and still nothing. Such a shame, as when we have ordered takeaway in the past weve always been happy with the food.

Food was lovely, some of the waiting staff seemed a little distracted and though drinks were ready quickly it took longer than necessary to run them over. The place goes from empty at 5:25pm to open at 5:30pm and almost at capacity by 5:45pm so I can appreciate it may have been a little busy all at once. We were a booking for 3 (2 adults and a toddler). They happily popped a kids seat on a chair added to the side of the table. One of those Chicco foldable ones which was familiar to my son but the straps really do need a clean. Where it was a table built for only two, tiny hands were able to reach everything everywhere, and my sons high chair was clearly in a route for the servers to access other tables. Its somewhat unfortunate as I felt a bit like an after thought, even though wed booked well in advance and notified at the point of booking. Lovely overall though. Will be back.
