        Extremely poor. I'm considering not using this company again as they pursue me often by letter and email to renew when I have. Is there no communication in this company?

        I am sad to have to write such a bad review, after 12 years of being insured with Insure and go. Unfortunately we unable to travel, just a few days before we were due to fly, when very sadly my dad passed away, the process was an absolute nightmare, trying to claim back our money. They showed no compassion at all, and it took 7 months to finally get our money back, we will never use them again.
