The worst company . I submitted a claim as I as very ill and couldn't go on holiday and they refused to pay out and on their response they got my illness wrong and they keep refusing to pay out and I have had the medical form completed-by my gp several times and still they refuse to pay out I will be taking it to the financial ombudsman .

I don't understand all the bad reviews. As a customer, I've had more than one problem and their staff are always amazing. All of them. They ask you to fill out a form which is very reasonable and even with bad health on holiday, they were great. A big thank you to all those there who are patient and process so much paperwork so efficiently. UPDATE: I think they're much better than it seems because who has the time after a claim to leave a review, except when frustrated? While feeling others' stress, these guys have never been rude, unhelpful or impatient. Always kind. Thanks Simon for your answer

8 weeks ago my sister broke her ankle on holiday sent in claims forms and all we got was automated message and nothing since, tried phoning they don't answer! Sent numerous emails and no reply,

Had a medical claim in November and still not resolved in fact no real correspondence at all last response was in February saying it is no ow with the medical team and they will get back to me as of yet nothing. Plenty of broken promises from phone calls telling me they will call me back after 72 hours and nothing. I'm sending emails and getting no response. This whole claim from being dealt with badly while abroad to trying to get my money back when I've returned has caused the utmost stress

Absolutely shocking!! My daughter couldnt go on holiday as she contracted COVID. They asked for various documents, which I sent. Then after a long delay, they asked for more paperwork!! They will continue asking for paperwork until you give up !! They dont care about bad reviews. Avoid them at all costs . Shocking .
