        No response to messages left, requests for callback. Rack up costs for their time by sending lengthy protracted documents that drag on matters endlessly. Would not recommend.

        This company handled my company's liquidation when I retired. They were very efficient and sorted it all out very quickly. They were sometimes difficult to contact as the assigned consultant was not available, but once I told them about this they did improve. I'd strongly recommend them if you need fast efficient help.

        Had a meeting and then awaited the expected paperwork, but nearly two weeks later and no communication has been made since! Also they didn't even mention the national insurance and redundancy claiming process at all. Using someone else more reliable now.

        Poor is an understatement. Never respond to emails, promises of phone calls back never happen. Promises after promises to deal with wrong redundancy payments never happen, send wrong details to the insolvency agency which in turn messes up your redundancy payments. Absolute farce!
