Holly Holmes

Holly was recommended to me through a friend and she helped me through a difficult period of anxiety. She is very gracious, hospitable, understanding and skilled in her profession. I found my sessions with her to be very smooth and productive. Holly is very good at recognising your struggles, identifying your behaviours, and can teach you helpful methods to get past your problems. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for some therapy.

Holly has a friendly, welcoming manner which made me feel relaxed and comfortable, which I was especially glad of as I was rather nervous the first time I went to see her. She is a kind and genuine person who I felt able to confide in. There are numerous issues Holly has been able to help me with ranging from high anxiety to coping with a long term illness. She really is a life saver when things build up and become a bit much in day to day life. Holly not only helps me cope with emotional issues but she also can help with practical ways to move forward with life. Highly recommended!
