        I wish 0 tbh as they cant be bothered listen to us tenants when things worn out if they really care about the upkeep of theses houses the sofas atm chairs falling apart and carpets are not practical for downstairs laminate flooring be ideal and replace these sofas ur service is poor wonder why ppl say bad things about larch coz they lazy and rather sit on there and bums with tea or cake sort it out or I give u worse review

        Been called for boiler fault, rectified the problem, they didn't paid the invoice and no answering on the phone calls or messages. Avoid....
