        The most disgusting housing association repairs are an absolute nightmare work people that are inexperienced leave rubbish no respect sloppy behaviour have to wait in all day sometimes don't show repair people can't be bothered inspections non exciton biggest mistake I ever made properties not updated not energy sufficient the list goes on

        Had a faulty boiler for years every boiler man that has looked at it say it's done..yet all that seems to happen is a quick repair that doesn't last..and no-one seems to check the docket stating it needs replacing..I am now again without a boiler so no hot water for the last 4 days, absolute disgrace..quick to jump on anyone when rent is overdue though
