        Over the past seven years some of my family have been referred to BMI by the NHS for cataract surgery and had very good service. I have just had my second eye done - in fact I was so impressed by the service after my first eye was done, I requested to go back to them and wasn't disappointed. Friendly and caring staff and excellent service!

        I cant thank all the staff enough. I went in so scared to have my cataract surgery and acted like a complete baby but every single person in that building treated me so nicely and comforted me. The surgeon's made me feel good and all the nurses. I felt like it was 5 star treatment and I cant thank them enough for all they done for me. I am sorry to the the nurse James who held my hand throughout the whole percedure and fear i nearly broke his hand but he was so nice about it. I canr thank you all enough.
