We've used this company before but recently asked them to come in to look at a plumbing issue we were experiencing in one of our bathrooms. There are three companies in the building but the company I work for runs the building so all contractors need to speak to me, someone in the building let them in but their employee never came to see me or explain the problem - I had no idea they even visited. Following that it took nearly a week to receive the quote which I had to chase up, it came in at over 1k but the quote was not itemised or clear at all, I asked for it to be broken down so I had a better understanding. I then asked if they could improve on the quote at all or perhaps source a cheaper unit, I was met with very unhelpful responses which took two days to reply to and that was only because I had to send another email to chase it up, I called on two or three occasions only to be told that the person I had been liaising with was busy or on another call and I would then very coincidentally receive an email immediately from them. Due to the difficulty I was experiencing and the length of time this was taking , all the while with one bathroom out of use, I decided to get another plumber in to quote for the works, only to be told that the works we had been quoted were not necessary at all and we simply needed a pipe unblocking. I have since email Reddan to explain this and express my concerns for being quoted for replacing a unit that works (and has been confirmed by a plumber) and that the plumber did not explain or say any of this to my face when he was supposedly here (a fact I also pointed out when I first found out they had apparently visited), their (ironically speedy) response contained no apology as to the delays or error in quoting unnecessary works and was very brief...definitely would not recommend them based on this rigmarole of an experience which has taken two weeks to attempt at rectifying.
