Granite were excellent from start to finish, with good communication and project management throughout. All of the building work - remodelling several rooms, installing new beams, plumbing, electrics, flooring, plastering, insulation, new doors and windows, painting - was completed to a high standard. The on-site teams were friendly, professional and tidy, and work was coordinated effectively so that there were very few days without progress on the ground. Highly recommended. Granite Build & Design have outdone our expectations by creating such a wonderful home for us. Through the adversities that they had to endure during the build - firstly, with the dreadful weather storms in the winter of 2019/20 and then Covid they carried on and did everything possible to keep on track! The entire Granite team are very special and all went above and beyond in order to help us move in. They have certainly given us the Wow factor as we now have a perfectly stunning home. Since moving in people passing by have commented on how amazing the house looks and that is all down to Granite Build. The work comprised removal of several internal walls, modifications to an existing building and construction of new build, the provision of a new boiler, new fitted kitchen and both mechanical and electrical services. Not overly complicated but required careful planning. The tradesmen from Granite Build were diligent, skilled and experienced with a positive mental attitude to get the project completed. I always felt that the company wanted to deliver a top quality finish and useable space for us. and they did. Well done and thank you Granite Build.
