Gary and Jamie live the high life with expensive holidays, cars, yachts, weddings in exotic locations, high maintenance wives, ex wives and multiple offspring. Their expensive lifestyles need to by financed through high profit projects, so they will charge a lot but do the job cheaply as in my case where they did a substandard job that didnt pass building control and charged me double what it would have cost. In my view they are the veritable cowboy builders, all cash, no tax paid and if something goes wrong, as it probably often happens, they just disappear with the victim's lifetime savings.

I used GL builders for a rear extension and found them to be very helpful with a lot of good advice, they were quick and clean (no mess left over night) very happy will use him again.

Need a minus on here not a 1. Rang up for a quote. I was informed quotes are made on Saturdays between 10am and 12.30pm. Waited in patiently but no one turned up. No phone call or any explanation of why this Company wasted my morning. I rang them, and it went to answer machine. needless to say no one has bothered to contact me. Really pleased I found out how poor this Builder is before I commissioned any work!!!!!!!

If driving all over the road because you are on your phone is an indication of how they work, I wouldn't touch them with someone else's barge pole...
