1:1 Diet Rayleigh with Heather Collins

I made the decision in January that I wanted to lose some weight before a 'big' birthday in June. A few friends had great success with the 1:1 diet but I couldn't see how it would fit in with my family meals. I decided to give it a go and see. 5 months later and 4 stone lighter I'm very thankful I gave it a go! Heather has been instrumental to my success. She's always there to help me, offering tips and guidance. Inspirational messages arrive each day along with stacks of encouragement. Heather keeps me focused and will continue to support me on this journey. I couldn't do it without her.

Having gained quite a bit of weight over the past year I decided now was the time to make some much needed changes to my eating habits. I researched the 1:1 diet and decided this would be the ideal way to kick-start my weightloss journey. Heather has supported me right from the beginning and has given me the motivation and guidance I most definitely needed.
