What a wonderful shopping experience we had today! My mother in law was looking for a special outfit for her golden wedding anniversary party, we were warmly welcomed into the shop, Susan was so professional with all her recommendations and made my mother in law feel so comfortable and at ease, after only trying on 3 outfits she found the one. Both Allie and Susan are lovely ladies who really did make my mother in law feel special. Impeccable customer service, and I would recommend anyone wanting occassionwear to go and see Susan. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

After visiting a few other boutiques in the area looking for a Mother of the Bride outfit for my mum, we went to Hadleigh Hats. From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff were welcoming and friendly, offering help without being pushy. My mum doesnt enjoy shopping and was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the unsuccessful visits to other stores that morning but Susan was fantastic, and mum soon became relaxed and even started to enjoy herself. Needless to say we found the perfect outfit - dress, hat, shoes and handbag - all for the price of just a dress in another store we went to. I would highly recommend.Thank you Hadleigh Hats and Susan.

Great service, Susan was amazing. She went above and beyond to find me an underwear piece for my wedding day. We came in unexpectedly, and she helped us straight away with no preparation. Couldnt recommend this shop/Susan anymore! Has helped me to have a perfectly fitting wedding dress with all of the support I need! Thank you so much

It was so lovely to find a shop that sells a great variety of outfits and accessories for special occasions. Susan was amazing and helped me choose my whole outfit including Dress, Fascinator Bag and Sandals . I would highly recommend going to Hadleigh Hats if you have any special occasions coming up.
