Awful service. Ordered a burger with no cheese, tomato or mustard for it to arrive having had all instructions ignored. Wouldn't be the end of the world if I weren't allergic to cheese leaving me with a burger I cannot eat and no dinner unless wanting to pay another 4 delivery to order elsewhere. Phoned to request a replacement to be told I would have to collect it, which defeats the object of ordering & paying delivery. Asked for a refund to which she said she couldn't do, so I asked what my options were and she said collect or she "doesn't know, maybe try the app." Absolutely useless, won't be returning or recommending.
