Friendly hairdresser named Vera (under new management) but careless. The haircut was very rushed and I have ended up with a wonky haircut (left side longer than right), she did not bother to check it was even all the way across. Also asked for an all over chocolate brown tint- I was not even shown any samples so I trusted she knew what I wanted I ended up leaving with red hair. Went back next day to get it redone and shes just put a darker colour on top so now its dark red. Not what I asked for, wouldnt use this hair salon again. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Yesterday we took our son to nineteen for the first time. His autistic and has ADHD as well. He is petrified of getting his haircut and everywhere who has tried has failed to do it. The ladies at nineteen were amazing taking time to talk to him before hand and putting at ease. We have been to specialist hair salons in London before who couldn't cut his hair because it distressed him too much. Not only did they manage to cut his hair we also had no tears or meltdowns. Cannot thank them enough and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much. Services: Kids' cuts, Hairstyling
