Had a haircut here and I would recommend to anyone. Rather than just cutting my hair, I was listened to and suggested treatments, given advice and walked out feeling amazing. If you lack confidence in salons or feel put of place then this is the salon for you, you'll soon feel welcome.

This was my first time at The Edge and was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hairdressers. When my hair was being washed I was taken to a back room, I left my handbag at the chair where my hair was going to be cut. After I left the hairdressers and went home I discovered my handbag had been gone through and valuable items had been stolen. By this time the hairdressers had closed. I called the Salon for three days after and was told each time the owner and the hairdresser who cut my hair were unavailable. I asked them to call me back urgently and explained the situation, no-one called me back. My daughter also called them for me and again received no phone call back. In the end I called the police who spoke to them on my behalf. They were extremely uncooperative and said they had no CCTV . I did not receive a phone call from the owner of The Edge. They were so uninterested and avoided to help me try trace my valuable belongings that it started to look very suspicious. I am so upset from this visit as I lost a very sentimental item that I had taken off to get my hair cut and had put into my bag for safe keeping. I did not think that my bag would be riffled through whilst getting my hair washed. Topped with the lack of help and communication from the salon this has been very upsetting. Watch your belongings!

Welcoming efficient staff. Tea or coffee on arrival. Parking awkward. Good value cut and blow dry with a Groupon voucher.
