First time at this hairdressers and I'm so so pleased with my cut from Shannon! Was always a bit nervous to go for short curtains bangs but as soon as I explained what I wanted I just knew she totally got the vibe of what look I wanted. So professional with great attention to detail. Didn't feel rushed at all and all very friendly staff :) also a bonus that they offer free fringe trims which I'm so happy about!

Absolutely shocking customer service. I had my appointment booked for a Monday morning at 10am as a first time client. I turned up & was told the hairdresser is off sick. I asked if I come back later if possible, of course that was a no. I do not believe they were fully booked on a Monday in Hadleigh. They didnt even contact me to try and rebook or offer a discount for such a massive inconvenience to a busy working mum. I paid my childminder to look after my two children for the day who are both under 3 which was a waste of money! I understand people are unwell and it cannot be avoided but an idea for next time; perhaps try and compensate for wasting peoples time.
