        Took a booking for a prom 'up do' for my daughter then called to let us down with days notice, saying that the stylist we had booked with didn't do 'up do's'. Ended up curling and pinning the hair myself. Pretty sure that the trained hairdresser that we had booked with could have done a better job. Very poor service and distressing for my daughter. Will not be calling again.
