        Excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Always service with a smile, the stock they keep is amazing, I have always found what I need and if they havent got it (which is very rare) they will do their utmost to order it in for you. So lucky to have this craft shop on my doorstep.

        I ordered some wool on Christmas Day, expecting a delivery at the end of the week or even the New Year. It was delivered by hand on Boxing Day morning. Amazing service from the wonderful, helpful owners! I think they must be elves!!
