2023 addition:
All the equipment you need for cardio or weights workout. Mo and his team are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Ive been a member for around 7 years and its a safe place to workout - Ive never had any unwanted attention. There are so many regular clients that theres always someone to say hello to (if you want).
