So easy to use, the machines adjust to your personal specification once you tap in with a wrist band. It takes just 35 minutes to complete 2 curcuits, which is sustainable 2/3 times weekly.. Staff are so friendly and supportive, always on hand for a chat or advice. Gym goers always chatting and laughing, tea and coffee on offer at the end!
