        My gf booked this room for me, she was on a night shift delivering babies and can't have her phone on her, welli arrived at the property to find no staff, I called the number and no reply, I looked at the email again and they requested my licence be screenshot and sent to them , I didn't have my licence on me, they also wanted the visa used for booking, my gf booked it so I couldn't provide it, so in short I couldn't stay at the property, I contacted them explaining I had no knowledge of the evidence they requested and requested a refund, they have refused several times , I paid for a room they wouldn't let me access , shocking
