        Really terrible and rude customer service! Using your phone to try and order their customizable products on Etsy, there is no option to choose the design and upload the personal photo! After paying, you realize this so I messaged asking for instructions to upload and choose the design OR refund me. A simple reply of "refund will be issued", implying it wasnt possible to upload etc. This refund was received so I immediately tried to order directly from Jooksy using the app, and see attached pic for the appalling service! Products are VERY expensive at best so you'd think they'd appreciate your custom more, but this seems not be the case! I would go elsewhere for better priced customizable items.
