Fantastic service and use them regularly. Often I've called with only a few days to go and they've managed to turn round personalised cards ASAP. Great balloons and always been really happy.

Never been so disgusted by customer service at Bizarre in Leigh on Sea. Considering the price of our balloons and decoration bottle, the lady that was serving me and my friends was so sarcastic and rude when we ordered 40 worth of items. On collection, the woman had messed up our order and got the wrong date for our balloons yet, decorated our bottle in time for our friends birthday. The was so rude and accused us of getting the date wrong and hadnt taken down our order of balloons just the bottle. When we collected the balloons after the conflict, the balloons wasnt tied together properly meaning that the personalised balloon flew away the meaning behind our present had been lost. Disgusting customer service and please dont waste your Money!

I had a hen do to prepare and I had no idea what can I do for the bride to be and the hens. Zoe has provided me with amazing ideas and provided the items which were unique and that everyone loved. I cant stop recommend the shop highly enough. If you dont know what you want, the staff will help you not only to surprise your friends but provide amazing cards and additional personal gifts on your request. Thank you so much for your amazing work.

My mum ordered a special 13th Birthday Balloon for my little cousin. When mum called to order it, she asked for a disco themed / Saturday night fever balloon, and also asked for it to be Neon Colours, stickers, glitter pen, ribbon- very funky and party-fied! The lady mum spoke to on the phone made it sound like it was going to be everything we wanted and more. Today mum went to pick it up and was sadly disappointed and underwhelmed to see that it wasnt what she was told it would be. The shop assistant was also really rude to my mum when kindly asking for some additional stickers etc. to jazz it up. Apparently a couple of stickers would weigh the balloon down? She just didnt want to help us at all. The owner was sitting behind the shop assistant, and could clearly see my mum was upset with the level of service and didnt try to help. This has happened twice now and we are really upset to have been treated that way. We now have to go and buy another balloon to make up for this one. Such a shame :( :( :( we used to love this place x

My daughter absolutely loved her beautifully personalised balloon from Bizarre in Leigh on Sea. A touch of class & sparkle for our table at the Vita Bella xx
