I think everyone in the reviews are referring to a particular receptionist called Lynn. She is extremely rude I honestly don't know how she's still in that job! I was referred for an immediate blood test by the doctor, which was to be done in the surgery. I went to the receptionist Lynn, who told me that I'm not getting it done as its too late. I was confused as the doctor literally just said that I was to get it done there and then! I said well can I speak to the doctor again please as I am confused and she refused saying "you can say what you like you ain't getting it done". I would have been happy to come back the next day, however she said I won't get it done until the 19 May with a smug smile on her face. The doctor I see Dr Kamarudin was very good, shame about the extremely rude receptionist Lynn. I rang back to speak to the doctor as I was confused, and it was Lynn who answered. She said "I cant speak to him, what's it about" I told her that I could not tell her as it was a private matter about my medication but she jumped straight to the conclusion that it was a complaint about her and told me to email the surgery. This is not the first time she's been rude, its every time I'm put through to her. Going by other reviews looks like they need a new receptionist.

Can never get through on the phone. Despite over 100 attempted calls. Reception Staff are often rude over the phone

Never try to phone, it's always engaged other than that good doctors and pleasant staff.
