Shocking surgery, impossible to get an appointment even worse with the new phone system. Every time I call I get told the queue is too big and try later. If you are lucky to get through you are still not guaranteed an appointment

Dr Roy is by far the best doctor I have seen at the surgery. Dr Roy took the time to listen to all of my health concerns about myself and my daughter, then processed to help us get the necessary referrals. I was debating to leave the surgery however Dr Roy has restored my faith in the surgery and I have asked to continue to see him. I would like to say a big thank you as he has put my mind at ease with all of our health problems

Dr Singh is an amazing doctor, so caring and helpful, we would give him 5 stars all day long, But my reason for the one star is because 4 times I have been told the practice manager would contact my partner or myself, months ago we complained about the phlebotomist who had chewed down nails with dried blood on, attempting to taking blood without gloves on, he had 3 attempts before being told not to try again Firstly told the practice manager would call us, no phone call, we called the next day and again the practice manager would call back, still months later no phone call. My partner had signed to release his medical records, this was not done, so we phoned and again told the practice manager would call back, the next day we called again and once again told the practice manager would call back, and yet again we are still waiting, not sure what you are supposed to do to get a response from this practice manager??

This surgery has really improved in the last few years since Tabbie and Dr Siddique have taken over. This surgery always provides a friendly, efficient professional and service. Firstly, the girls on reception are always polite and happy to help with any queries. Since the new phone system has been installed its easy to get an appointment. The clinical staff are always knowledgeable and ready to go above and beyond. Couldnt recommend enough!
