They worked with us and had some great ideas if we had drawn a blank or if what we wanted wouldn't have been practical.
Jeff and his team are so friendly and approachable which is exactly what you need when you are entusting your family home to someone. We were so impressed with the quality and speed of their work that we also asked them carry out jobs that we had been considering for a while but not 100% decided on. So, as well as an amazing extension and new office space, we also have a beautiful new driveway, cladding on our dormers and new facias and soffits.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and his team to anybody considering having work done to their home.
Sadly, my dog will now be pining for them everyday now that the work has been completed. Despite delays due to covid, Jeff was extremely communicative and kept us up to date on the progress of our work. Being the first time we had carried out a project like this, we felt comfortable asking for advice and found Jeff to be extremely honest and willing to help, nothing was too much trouble. Despite quoting our job a year before work started, the price remained fixed and only changed due to additions that we requested as the job progressed.
Jeff uses top quality tradesmen to complete the plastering and electric works, both of which we will use again on other projects!
We are now left with an extension that we are so proud of! We would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and his team and we would definitely use them again in the future.
